DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Weekend,States Holidays and Public Holodays).
We will use local company courier as our standard delivery courier for local delivery. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for West Malaysia and 4-9 business days for East Malaysia.
During peak sale / special events / promotion period, order processing and/or shipping may be extended slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.
It is advised to place your order 1 week in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Deliveries take 3 to 7 working days.
What is the postage charge on orders?
Malaysia
- Delivery FREE for parcel collection in retail shop.
- Delivery FREE for all orders of RM100 or above.
- RM8 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100 (West Malaysia).
- RM10 will be charged for orders amounting less than RM100 (East Malaysia).
Can I know the status of my orders?
When goods are dispatched, we will inform you of your tracking number via email. If you have a confirmation tracking number, follow the link for the parcel shipment status or log in to your account to check parcel shipment status.
